How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with your DHL tracking number. Using the link in the email, you can track the status of your package online at any time.
Are there additional customs or import fees?
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs or import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are imposed by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for the exact regulations.
How do I initiate a return?
Simply send us an email at contact@fhaels.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Full name
- Items you wish to return
- Brief description of the reason (optional, but helps us improve)
After reviewing your request, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions. Unannounced returns cannot be accepted.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to display the refund in your account.
